Who's into this redemption line they're spoon feeding us, and who's willing to fight for their freedom. Just not in so many words.] Have you allowed them to try and change you? At the price of conforming to the ideals of people we have no reason to believe in or respect. They've exchanged themselves for the sake of - what? What opportunities?

That wasn't an opening for a debate, or discussion. It would be an exercise in futility; I want to conform to these people no more than you do, and I have absolutely no desire to change your opinion. I just happen to acknowledge the pros and cons of incarceration here. Would you like to hear what I've learned during my time on the barge?

That was, essentially, what I was asking.

You didn't sound to be after practical information in your answers. And even if you hadn't given the impression of someone recruiting fellow inmates, I like to begin my changes of topic with a little warning. [After a lengthy pause.] I have information on every single individual on board, including yourself, including the Admiral. I know who has what information and how that information would best be used; the coordinates to the bridge, for example. I know how to get to the bridge without those coordinates, and I know of several wardens aware of it's location. I've learned other things during my time here, but I'll keep this as condensed as possible. Just imagine that had an edge of boredom to it. The barge gives me far, far too much free time. Are you after anything else?

[He pauses before continuing, because Eddie's already grating on his knees. And arguing over what essentially boils down to respect he hasn't earned yet isn't going to get him anywhere. Once he's got his testiness under control:]

I want to know where the bridge is, and how to access it.

No. Everyone makes the same mistakes.

I don't know who you are. I have no way of contacting you. You claim to have valuable information, yet all you seem interested in doing is make me wait.

If you have plans of your own in place, say so. I don't care who finds a way out, only that it's found.

If the anonymity is any clue, I'm a very careful man. I generally don't share sensitive information over the network, and I'm not in the best position to be divulging the bridge location right now. For future reference, note that the Wardens do have a mind wipe device.

And is he to be trusted? [Not that he'd do that even with ringing endorsements, but.]

Agent Kay may be a good man, but he's in contact with people who most certainly aren't. Don't trust any of them.
